Surrender of certificate.—Every user of water for industry who ceases to carry on the use of water for industry shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Canal Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every reservoir held by him has been disposed of.
