Particulars of application.—Every application for registration shall state the name and address of the applicant, the premises at which the clearance of goods by courier is carried on, the particulars of every shipping bill held by the applicant and such other particulars as are specified in Form GSTR-3B, and shall be signed by the applicant or his authorised agent.
