Application for registration.—Every courier agency carrying on the clearance of goods by courier shall make an application for registration to the Joint Commissioner in Form GSTR-1, within ten days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every electronic way bill held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
