Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a cinema shall apply to the Appellate Tribunal in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
