Application for registration.—Every grantee of a public honour carrying on the acceptance of a public honour shall make an application for registration to the Nodal Authority in Form D, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every affidavit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
