Intimation of change.—Every grantee of a public honour shall intimate to the Nodal Authority, in Form E and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Nodal Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
