Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the service provider shall apply to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Telecommunication Engineering Centre shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
