Intimation of change.—Every registered office keeper shall intimate to the Competition Commission, in Form PAS-3 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Competition Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
