Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the online gaming operator shall apply to the National Sports Board in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the National Sports Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
