Safe custody.—Every person carrying on a clinical establishment shall keep every batch to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a clinical establishment is carried on, shall record in Form 20-B the description of every batch so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the State Medical Council within fifteen days of the close of each year.
