Safe custody.—Every electrical contractor shall keep every register of consumers to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the execution of electrical installation work is carried on, shall record in Form I the description of every register of consumers so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Authority within ninety days of the close of each year.
