Application for registration.—Every electrical contractor carrying on the execution of electrical installation work shall make an application for registration to the Authority in Form III, within forty-five days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every storage tank held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
