Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003); (b) "electrical contractor" means a person carrying on the execution of electrical installation work; (c) "storage tank" means a storage tank received, held or disposed of by a electrical contractor in the course of the execution of electrical installation work; (d) "Form VII" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
