Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of assistive devices shall intimate to the Chief Commissioner, in Form IV and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
