Surrender of certificate.—Every cable operator who ceases to carry on the transmission of programmes by cable shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Film Certification in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every programme held by him has been disposed of.
