Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the cable operator shall apply to the Board of Film Certification in Form IV for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Board of Film Certification shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
