Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Hotel Classification Committee in the custody of the Conservation Assistant, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Hotel Classification Committee; and where the Conservation Assistant having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form III within seven days of the succession.
