Intimation of change.—Every citizen shall intimate to the Protector of Emigrants, in Form C and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Protector of Emigrants shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
