Report to the Government.—The Protector of Emigrants shall prepare, within one hundred and eighty days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of citizens whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Haryana and publish it within thirty days of its preparation.
