Application for registration.—Every person summoned by a commission carrying on attendance before a commission shall make an application for registration to the Review Committee in Form B, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
