Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Review Committee in the custody of the Deputy Secretary, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Review Committee; and where the Deputy Secretary having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form D within one hundred and twenty days of the succession.
