Surrender of certificate.—Every private tutor who ceases to carry on the giving of private tuition shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Education in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every examination held by him has been disposed of.
