Application for registration.—Every private tutor carrying on the giving of private tuition shall make an application for registration to the Director of Education in Form G, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every attendance register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
