Application for registration.—Every owner of land adjoining a railway carrying on the use of land adjoining a railway shall make an application for registration to the Divisional Railway Manager in Form E, within ten days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every advertisement board held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
