Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of an old age home who ceases to carry on the running of an old age home shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Family Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every succession certificate held by him has been disposed of.
