Safe custody.—Every keeper of an old age home shall keep every register of births to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of an old age home is carried on, shall record in Form II the description of every register of births so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Family Court within twenty-one days of the close of each year.
