Intimation of change.—Every insurer shall intimate to the Tariff Advisory Committee, in Form IRDA-6 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Tariff Advisory Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
