Safe custody.—Every web aggregator shall keep every register of policies to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the display of insurance products on a website is carried on, shall record in Form IRDA-5 the description of every register of policies so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Institute of Actuaries within ninety days of the close of each year.
