Application for registration.—Every air traffic controller carrying on the control of air traffic shall make an application for registration to the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority in Form CA-3, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every log book held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
