Intimation of change.—Every operator of a rural water supply scheme shall intimate to the Gram Sabha, in Form 8 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Gram Sabha shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
