Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the stock broker shall apply to the Government of West Bengal in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Government of West Bengal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
