Surrender of certificate.—Every insolvency professional who ceases to carry on the conduct of insolvency resolution shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Companies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ADT-1 of the manner in which every certificate of incorporation held by him has been disposed of.
