Intimation of change.—Every owner of a level crossing road shall intimate to the Divisional Railway Manager, in Form E and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Divisional Railway Manager shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
