Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a level crossing road shall apply to the Divisional Railway Manager in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Divisional Railway Manager shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
