Application for registration.—Every transporter of hazardous chemicals carrying on the transport of hazardous chemicals shall make an application for registration to the National Executive Committee in Form A, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every hazard map held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three days from that date.
