Application for registration.—Every owner of a school building carrying on the safety of a school building shall make an application for registration to the District Authority in Form G, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every evacuation plan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
