Maintenance of premises.—Every principal employer shall keep the premises where the engagement of employees through an immediate employer is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every wage record kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the engagement of employees through an immediate employer, and shall furnish to the appropriate Government in Form 12, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
