Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any importer of goods bearing a mark dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Registrar of Copyrights in Form 5, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every geographical indication then held; and the Registrar of Copyrights shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
