Intimation of change.—Every importer of goods bearing a mark shall intimate to the Registrar of Copyrights, in Form 2 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Copyrights shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand six hundred rupees.
