Surrender of certificate.—Every importer of goods bearing a mark who ceases to carry on the import of goods bearing a registered mark shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Copyrights in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every patent held by him has been disposed of.
