Conditions of registration.—Every importer of goods bearing a mark shall carry on the import of goods bearing a registered mark only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every specification in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such specification for inspection on request by the Assistant Registrar of Trade Marks, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
