Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the exporter of services shall apply to the Export Promotion Council in Form FC-4 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Export Promotion Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
