Intimation of change.—Every grantee shall intimate to the Finance Commission, in Form GFR 19 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Finance Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
