Surrender of certificate.—Every grantee who ceases to carry on the receipt of grants shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Finance Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 25 of the manner in which every audit report held by him has been disposed of.
