Surrender of certificate.—Every lessee who ceases to carry on prospecting operations shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Inspector of Mines in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form J of the manner in which every stock of minerals held by him has been disposed of.
