Rule 9, Madhya Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Fees) Rules, 2006 [S32-PYW]

Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any lessee dies, his legal representative shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Chief Inspector of Mines in Form H, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every mining lease then held; and the Chief Inspector of Mines shall enter the intimation in the register within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.
