Application for registration.—Every owner of a diesel generator set carrying on the operation of a diesel generator set shall make an application for registration to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in Form VI, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every sample of effluent held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
