Rule 21, Bihar Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2006 [S32-NN6]

Grant of certificate of registration.—The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of one lakh rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form III within forty-five days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every forest produce stated in the application.
