Intimation of change.—Every donor to a political party shall intimate to the Delimitation Commission, in Form 26 and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Delimitation Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
