Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a dangerous or offensive trade shall apply to the Municipal Council in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Municipal Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
